Give to Vincennes First Church

Giving is an act of  worship to our God. It has been said that you can tell nearly everything about a person by the way they spend their money. Whether you are tithing in obedience to Malachi 3:10 or contributing over and above your tithe as an act of sacrificial generosity, your money will help us minister God’s hope and healing to our community and beyond.

We give in order to be blessed, not for fear of anything negative in our lives. We give out of gratitude and love! You can give your gift safely and securely online - this is one of the easiest ways to give to our church. Thank you.

Isaiah 117 House

They provides physical and emotional support in a safe and loving home for children awaiting foster care placement. When children are removed from their homes out of concern for their welfare, they are usually brought to the Department of Children’s Services Offices to await placement with a foster family. This wait can be several hours to nearly a full day. These children often have nothing with them and are scared, lonely, hungry, and in dirty clothing.

Isaiah 117 provides a comforting home where these children instead can be brought to wait – a place that is safe with friendly and loving volunteers who provide clean clothes, smiles, toys, and snuggly blankets. This space allows children to receive the comfort and care they need while DCS staff can do the necessary paperwork and identify a good foster placement.

Camp Challenge

Camp Challenge exists to make followers of and leaders for Jesus Christ by encouraging disconnection from everyday distraction and reconnection to God through His creation. (Mark 6:31). We accomplish our mission by offering summer camp adventures for students and maintaining safe and inviting spaces for similarly-purposed groups to use throughout the year.  You can find more information on the camp and how to connect with us at
